This project included an update to the exterior siding, showcasing two types of siding and updated paint colors. The driveway was expanded and a new column was added to the front patio.

The goal of the interior renovation was to make the house better for an aging-in-place couple. These upgrades included optimizing the kitchen and dining for more space for wheel chairs or walkers. The living room had a step down that was filled in with concrete and finished with client selected cork flooring.

Interior walls were relocated and added to create more space for a pantry and built-in storage was designed for the dining room and living room.
