I grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida and was initially infatuated with interior design after seeing the TV show “Trading Spaces” on HGTV during my pre-teen years. During high school, I was considering majoring in architecture, but something about it wasn’t quite for me.

Through my college research phase I realized that interior designers are the people who influence all of the daily interactions inside a building. Every time a cabinet door opens, or someone sits on a bench, uses the water fountain, walk upstairs, touch a countertop, an interior designer made those design decisions that touch people’s lives countless times a day!

I left Saint Petersburg for Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and earned my Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Environmental Analysis and a commission into the US Army Reserve as an Engineer Officer.

​

It was the perfect blend of architecture, art, psychology and research that drew me into and caused me to love the profession. Interior designers have a huge responsibility to the public to not only make interiors that look great, are easy and comfortable to use, are safe and inspire them.

I worked for various commercial architecture firms in Florida and was laid off in 2020 during the initial days of the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to create my own firm to shape and improve the daily lives of people through thoughtful, informed, and creative interior design.

I believe in actively listening to my clients and teammates, utilizing research-based design and creating interiors that aren't afraid to have a little fun. Let’s work together!

Veronica Yambrovich is the principal designer. She is a certified interior designer with the State of Florida and holds NCIDQ (National Counsel of Interior Design), LEED Green Associate, and WELL AP certifications.
