Designed to support a growing global workforce, this three-story corporate office was planned around the needs of its people. Through collaborative programming sessions, the project team identified opportunities to foster employee interaction, support evolving workplace needs, and create a flexible environment that could adapt to future growth.

The open office concept maximizes natural light and provides a variety of work settings, from focused work areas to collaborative gathering spaces and employee amenities. A central commons serves as the heart of the workplace, encouraging connection and reinforcing a culture of collaboration.

Formation Interiors' founder contributed to the interior design and documentation of this project while employed at HOK, helping create a refined industrial aesthetic that balanced clean architectural lines with warm, natural materials. Thoughtfully selected finishes, furniture, and architectural details enhanced key gathering spaces, while vibrant accents added energy and personality throughout the workplace.
