The exterior was refreshed to enhance curb appeal while improving the home's overall character. Updates included the installation of two complementary siding profiles, a modernized exterior color palette, an expanded driveway for improved accessibility and convenience, and the addition of a new front porch column to create a more inviting entry sequence.

Inside the home, every design decision was guided by the clients' long-term needs and daily routines. The kitchen and dining areas were reconfigured to improve circulation and provide comfortable clearances for wheelchairs or walkers, allowing the homeowners to move confidently throughout the space. A sunken living room was leveled by infilling the existing step with concrete, eliminating a significant trip hazard and creating a continuous floor plane finished with the clients' selected cork flooring for warmth and comfort underfoot.

Additional renovations included relocating and constructing interior walls to create a larger, more functional pantry while improving the home's overall layout and flow. Custom built-in cabinetry was designed for both the dining and living rooms, providing integrated storage solutions that maximize organization without sacrificing aesthetics.
