Inspired by Austin's vibrant creative culture, this third-floor tenant fit-out embraced the city's iconic "Keep Austin Weird" spirit while creating a functional workplace that supports collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. The design balances playful, locally inspired elements with a professional work environment, resulting in a space that reflects the company's culture and connection to the Austin community.

Locally inspired artwork, graphics, and material selections were incorporated throughout the space to create an authentic connection to Austin's creative identity while reinforcing the client's workplace culture.

Formation Interiors' founder contributed to the interior design and documentation of this project while employed at HOK, helping translate the design vision into a cohesive workplace through thoughtful space planning, finish selections, and construction documentation. Carefully curated materials, graphics, and furnishings celebrate the city's unique character while supporting the day-to-day needs of a modern, flexible workplace.
