Designed as a complete three-story workplace, this corporate office reflects the character and heritage of Texas while creating a modern environment that supports collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being. Inspired by the state's ranching traditions and expansive landscapes, the interior design blends natural materials, warm textures, and authentic regional influences to create a workplace with a strong sense of place and identity.

Formation Interiors' founder contributed to the interior design and documentation of this project while employed at HOK, helping translate the design vision into a cohesive workplace through thoughtful space planning, finish selections, furniture specifications, and construction documentation. Every floor was intentionally planned to support the organization's operational needs while fostering connection, flexibility, and employee engagement.

Recognizing that a successful workplace extends beyond individual workstations, the design incorporates a variety of spaces that support both collaboration and personal well-being, including informal gathering areas, flexible meeting spaces, and a dedicated fitness center. Together, these environments encourage interaction, promote a healthy workplace culture, and provide employees with spaces that support both focused work and daily wellness.
