We assisted Renz Collaborative Architecture in Cornelius North Carolina, Mecklenburg County with interior space planning, construction documentation, life safety and egress analysis, construction administration and REVIT BIM management for Lake Norman Medical Office Building (MOB). We coordinated multiple professionals in order to have this project come to life! The entire project team had Structural, Civil, Interior Design, Medical Equipment, and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing consultants on the team to bring healthcare services to Cornelius.

 

We assisted Renz Collaborative Architecture and NBBJ with interior drafting and production for the neighboring hospital and provided BIM Management services for the entire project life cycle. The result is a beautiful, functional hospital that has delivered over 1,000 babies in less than a year!
